Dear Sirs,
     Attached is a second open letter to the Lord Chief Justice and the
Ombudsman of the JCIO, regarding the status of a transcript of a court
hearing in which the judge is alleged to have committed some twenty points
of misconduct to unlawfully and wrongfully protect the market manipulation
cartel from due liability.
