As you can see the response does not address the fact that Lord Haddon-Cave dismissed the allegations against Simon Brown QC without having a copy of the transcript. Lacking the necessary information to make a fair impartial judgement, his verdict was thus prejudiced and perverted by bias. The same accusation is also levied against Lord Burnett. In my previous email to the Lord Chief Justice, I have also made a formal demand for a copy of the transcript to Simon Brown's hearing from the Lord Chief Justice. There is no answer. This is stonewalling. If the office of the Lord Chief Justice had not stonewalled, I might have dismissed Nicholas Rose's refusal to study the transcript as mere protocol - but one would have to be stupid to believe this. One would have to be stupid to believe Mr Paul Kernaghan fails to recognise the transcript is suppressed, and stupid to believe the Lord Chief Justice accepts Mr Paul Kernaghan's response satisfies the duties of JACO's office. Given no reply to this email denying the authenticity and completeness of the response from JACO to the demand, any legal observer should take JACO to be i) admitted to the contents of that response and ii) to have deliberately omitted to address the key accusations in the demand. Why, if Deutsche Bank has settled for silver price manipulation, admitted guilt and blown the whistle on cartel members, do I endure a restraining order stopping me suing them for such manipulation, on the basis that my claims are meritless? I copy below 52.17 from the CPR rules for the Lord Chief Justice's perusal. I should think gross misconduct of all judges involved, as well as patent perjury from the defendants constitutes 'circumstances are exceptional and make it appropriate' III Provisions about reopening appealsReopening of final appeals *52.17* (1) The Court of Appeal or the High Court will not reopen a final determination of any appeal unless =E2=80=93 (a) it is necessary to do so in order to avoid real injustice; (b) the circumstances are exceptional and make it appropriate to reopen the appeal; and (c) there is no alternative effective remedy. (2) In paragraphs (1), (3), (4) and (6), 'appeal' includes an application for permission to appeal *I will be taking this far and wide, and anyone stupid enough to join in with the corruption, or bury their heads in these matters, can go down with the ship.* Regards Mark Anthony Taylor
